No signal

Getting a bit fed of now of seeing a no signal message. Had this all last month, finally got an engineer out last week who had to change the box. Been away 3 days come home and back to the same message again. Now I cant get an engineer out for another 2 weeks. So nearly 2 months now without any signal on my sky TV

What Sky TV service is this so is it Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?
