Absolutley no signal typical bit of wind or a cloud and every thing dissapears thinkong of going back to cable new years eve and no telly

@Bernie22  Perhaps you could try replying to the question by @Mark39  who is Human.

 

You would not get a No signla messagewith a broadband hub, so which service is this related to?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
