No signal

I have no signal upstairs in my bedroom and minimal in my middle bedroom used as an office and it keeps dropping out.  I have had a sky engineer around (TV expert) and they have installed a booster but it has not improved.  The test says it is ok but IT IS NOT.  On a call (automated) they ran a test just now and it said there was a problem but only pushed me the online testing again.  I am going around in circles and I cannot work.  I have updated to new super router and that has also not helped.  How do I get a Broadband engineer around to put right
