Thats loss of signal

 

You will need to call sky

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

Tried all that , turning it off, checking cables and it sends me back to test signal again? The openreach wall socket is flashing red on LOS (loss of signal) so its obviously an external problem ?
