No signal

Recently downgraded my sky and now having signal issues!! Also sky box in bedroom not working

@Lizabert we would need more information for the forum to give you any real help like what is happening to the lights on your hub when you lose connectivity see Lights on your Sky hub explained | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

Also run the connection test in the My Sky app as thst will tell you if there is a known fault - it works over a mobile connection if your broadband is down. 

Wifi coverage is not guaranteed unless you pay for Sky's Broadband Boost bundle as it depends on the layout and construction of your home plus what interference maybe present from neighbouring networks. You can buy a widexrange of kit tonextend wifi.
