No router yet, can I borrow one?

Hi, I have switched to Now/Sky but my router hasn't been delivered one. If I borrow one from a friend will I be able to get online?

Technically yes it should work if its the correct router type for the service and your service has been activated.

Its rare that your service will be active without your hub being delivered though. Are you aware of any reason that your hub wouldnt have been delivered yet?

I cancelled my previous service with Onestream rather than transferring. I asked Onestream to stop the cancellation but they did not despite tellign me they would.
