When I'm at home my mobile phone won't received or make calls so I've spoke to my phone provider and they have said I need to speak to sky about my broadband helping me get a better signal ?

You've posted in a forum area for customers with problems with their Sky Talk landline. I'll move your post to the slightly more appropriate Broadband forum, although getting a better broadband strength won't help you get a better mobile signal. I think you've been fobbed off there by your mobile provider.

Who is your mobile provider?
The four main networks provide WiFi calling. This allows the phone to connect to domestic or hotspot wifi and use that as if your phone had a good mobile signal. This is seamless and operates without you even knowing.
Some of the MVNOs also provide this.
You need a compatible handset and may need to enable the function.
