No phone line and sky q boxes won’t connect to broadband
I made the mistake of having super fast broadband fitted yesterday but the phone line and both our sky q boxes haven't worked since then. I am very unhappy.

Have you plugged your phone into the back of the hub instead of the telephone socket?
Your Sky Q boxes will likely need a network reset, then connecting via WPS.
