No network

I had my broadband installed today, but now there is no network connection. 

I have tried numerous occasions to connect but no good.

all my WiFi devices are offline, including mobile phones.

speed test shows the speed under 100mbps

@Neeta2 You cannot have a speed test off 100Mb/s and have no Broadband connection, one does not work without the other!
