@Baozhen there are multiple possible reasons for the service to be down modt commonly due to a fault but can also include non-payment of a bill. First step is open the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if that gives you an explanation like a known fault if as is quite likely if thecfailure is recent it hasnt picked up the issue call Sky to report the problem.
