No network connection

There is no network connection with sky hub. Tried TV without sky and still no connection. Have done all the checks that sky recommended and still nothing. Booked engineer which is due to attend on Wednesday but until then we are unable to access TV.

If you have a Glass television set, you could try attaching an external aerial and using the built-in digital terrestrial tuner.
