No modem delivered

Been with sky for years but am in the process of moving to fiber broadband at home. Openreach have been out and changed the cabling however the modem has not been delivered and it seems I am now without Internet until this arrives. What do I do ?

Hello

 

My activation date is today. I think it is now activated as the cabling and open reach box havd now been installed.

 

However the modem should have been delivered on Wednesday but seems to be stuck on a message about being at the warehouse which hasn't changed all week and no way to contact them.
