No mains socket in my flat

Hi, I just moved into a new flat and I can't find a mains socket for the internet cables to connect the broadband box. I do have 2 circular sockets that look like they are for TV aerials.

Do I need to change provider? Or are there adapters I can receive from Sky to connect via the circular sockets? Or do I need to have a mains socket installed?

@JasKayser The circular sockets are for a TV aerial, if you're looking for a broadand socket those won;t be them nor can they be used.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
