No light on router
My internet keeps going off, the 2nd light in the router goes off and the 4th light turns orange, happened yesterday and is happening again today throughout. I have switched the router off at the mains for a few mins and switched back on, check the connection of the wires and it is still going off.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
