No internet

There is an issue with our internet it keeps going on and off but now the internet light is orange!

@Simone37  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Ive done all that! It says internet and Wi-Fi is all good but it's not! the light is orange there is no internet connection! The hub is new it was sent out to us in jan this year as we had the same trouble!

Sounds like you need to report it to Sky. The quickest way is by calling them on 150 from your landline phone if it's still working.
