No internet

Good evening, we currently have no Internet. I have done all the checks but still not working. It went off at 2210. The middle light is permanently orange.

You might need to wait a little while before running the the tests again:

 

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Interesting that you live Hr9 so do we. I just have an orange middle light. Is that the same as you?

Same. I'm HR9 too. Dropped out about an hore ago and the broadband diagnostic tool isn't working either.

Yep and no way to report fault so keeps saying no known faults. I guess if you can't tell them then they can genuinely say there are no known faults. I wonder if it's an open reach issue or just sky
