Mine is the same, dropped connection in the last half hour. I'm wondering if there's some maintenance and going to wait an hour or so before doing anything.

Also no internet Cheshire.

openreach show internet coming into the house with no issue. Sky have tested line and says no issue.

obviously something must be down somewhere

Also in Cheshire. I'm not getting into unplugging cables to simplify the connection until tomorrow, if not fixed.

Same here in Northwich. No Internet light, orange voice light, done all the usual steps, and the awful service checker says all is well. Keeps sending me round in circles.

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..
