No internet

My internet is not working again. Tried everything yet again, ran test on my mobile using my mobile deta and apparently there is no fault in the area or with the system itself. Yet I'm still sitting here with no internet connection at all. 
This is becoming a problem for me and my trust in sky being able to offer a quality service that I'm paying nearly £80.00 per month for. Please advise me what's going on. Miss Anne-Marie Jones

Based on the time you’ve posted it’s worth pointing out that any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
