No internet
Increasingly being convinced not to ever go with Sky again - having to lift the remote every 59 minutes was pretty much nail in the coffin but now with no internet and all the 'tests' saying everything is working and it must be an issue on our end has sent us over the edge. We will Never go with Sky again. It is utterly shocking how you pay thousands of pounds yet cannot talk to someone past 7pm. How dare they! We have no internet nothing can't work ( international workers) and no one to talk to. They just re-direct you to a forum and say everything is fine on our end. UNFORGIVABLE

Re: No internet
@SwankyOrc see https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Information-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/51... which most likely cause of loss of connection at the time you posted. Networks require maintenace and thst work is done over night to minimse ithe number of users affected. Using what is sold as a domestic connection for business carries a risk you have to factor in no matter which ISP you choose.
