No internet

Hi my Internet has been absolutely horrendous the last few months been reported and supposedly fixed several times but fault keeps returning no wifi with the 'connected without Internet' message

 

I was upgraded to 150 full fibre in November and hoped that would be the end of my problems but sadly not it's gone off again this evening so bloody frustrating 🤬

 

Any help/thoughts would be much appreciated 🙏

Lossof connection between midnight and 6am is often down to overnight msintenance work.
