No internet

Hi I wondered if any could help we had no Internet for 8 days now  or telephone line since last Friday  I go on sky app it's says be done in a couple of d

 

ays 8 day later still nothing has been done   hopefully some  can help

@ch44 It's a standard advisory message and every day is a few day's the Forum has no idea, and sky may also have nothing to paas on to you in the slightest info wise, local news might give you a better idea to what is/has happened to it all!

All I know that last Friday  the telegraph  pole came because  of the snow we had that what engine said he said he dint know how long it would take to replace it a new was put up Tuesday  this week about 

out 30 people if not more have no Internet  only a few had there's  done the engines keep comeing out but disappears again i think they are just taking the mic hopefully it get done some this year

@ch44 Gives them 11 months to sort it all out then, are you Fibre connected or on the old copper with the line! Your lucky the new pole went up so quickly, some take months to get sorted out!

It all new wiring has been done before  still 10 days and nothing been done nothing  from sky or open reach  should  have gone with vergin
