No internet

Hi 

my routers not working again. Can have already turned it off. Checked connections and checked with the village and apparently it's just me. 
Please help.

@Stacy20 there will be inevitably be loads of faults due to the storm. If the Service Checker in the My Sky app doesn't tell you Sky arexalready aware of a fault call them and report thecfault but lines will be very busy
