No internet
No internet light on the router meaning I can't access the internet which is inportant as work from home

@HarryRogers All you can do is have a look on the sky service checker to see if anything that sky are possibly aware off or run the diagnostic. Both links below.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
