No internet

My internet has been down for the entire day, apparently there is an outage in my area, but I have no other information about how you/Sky will solve this?

@Pklennox  Neither Sky or the community will resolve the outage, it is down to the network operator, which is Openreach in the UK, fix any faults, it will depend on where the fault is as to how long it takes to resolve.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Pklennox

Sky will normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.
