No internet

There is no internet in my home, it went off last week, I booked a engineers visit then it came back on two days later so I cancelled the engineer, now the internet has gone off again, it's unacceptable on summer holidays when I have my kids home and a big coinsindence that I've only just canceled my tv package

Being the school holidays is irrelevant. Outages can occur at any time. You will need to contact Sky and arrange another appointment bearing in mind you're now into your 14 days notice period.
