Re: No internet!
Same, for what it's worth. Tried every combination of power on/off on sky and fttp modem. Hard reset sky router didn't work either.
Service checker says I'm connected, even when fttp modem is turned off, so I can't bring myself to trust that 😅

Internet down/outage
Sheffield area. I've disconnected and reconnected everything multiple times and it's been an hour now and there's still no connection. Can't use the TV as it's a sky glass and the lights are all green and coming up fine on the service checker. Think there's an outage

Frustratingly mines down in Berkshire - and now being blessed with an engineer because it can't find a signal now 🤦🏻♀️ I've tried all combos resetting and a up until 20mins ago everything seemed fine with the hub, now the Wi-Fi check a has said it's an issue in my home and I need an engineer.

Re: No internet!
When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
If your Sky broadband isn’t working after 7am and you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby.
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
