No internet

Our glass streaming tv went off we now have a red light on the sky open reach box saying PON. And the router has 2 green lights and an orange one saying voice. We have turned on and off numerous times. Switched it all off at mains 3 times for 5 mins. Unplugged and plugged all devices and still no internet

Hi @Denise106 

Sounds like the fibre network in your area or your address has gone down. Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?
