No internet

My internet symbol on my hub is stuck at orange and I cannot connect to wifi. When I test my broadband and wifi connections on the app, it says that everything is running as it should.

Yeah same here theres a problem at skys end but they don't want to admit it

I thought it was a problem with my hub, but when i run the diagnostic tests on the sky app, it says that my hub is fine.

Middle light orange no Internet since just after midnight when you try sign in to wifi on your device it shows a page saying 'your connection has dropped'

Same issue. Orange light on hub, app saying all working ok. No tv, Internet or phone line working.

Why is sky Internet cutting off this is two nights its happened and all of a sudden it comes back on sky stop cutting the Internet off because my app says that everything is fine

When this happens between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
