No internet
I have power button on and a WiFi button but no internet button and cannot connect to anything it been like this since 6.30 this morning after the thunderstorm, I have tried everything and it really annoying

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Thank you have found out there a outage in my area and they are working hard to sort it

@Kelly121 That's one off the reason's that links get sent, so here is the one also about the hub lights for future, there is and almost all of the time a reason but it is/can be unknown. You try it once to get it working, does not do so then oops wonder what is going on....

Yes they have I rang them earlier today and they told me on the phone it was there end they are having problems and the internet should be back up and running within the next 2 days and it now comes up on the app aswell
