No internet
Internet dropped last night. Reset the router and followed all of sky's troubleshooting. Still not got the Internet light on. Who can I contact as we have sky stream too so right now we have no internet or tv.

Firstly, see what it shows from the following;
To check there are no current outages in your area;

Next, if not, would be worth try running a line test;

If you end up needing to report this to Sky simply dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline (if it's still working). Otherwise dial 150 (free) from a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
