No internet

Can't connect to internet. I can connect to router fine but no internet

Do you have any other means of contacting sky?  We can escalate direct to sky for an online community chat to save you the hassle

I'm not sure of the best way to contact them to be honest so it would be great if I can use this forum

Keep an eye out for an invite or red and blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
