No internet

Dundee, DD3

 

no internet since 8am ish. Tried the fault finding thing says the issue is off our property. Tried to call for engineer but got disconnected.

If the online checker has found an external fault then usually it should jet you book the engineer as well so was this not an option ?

Nah, it came up with an error message and an option go call. Which I tried only to get a few rings then disconnected
