no internet since 8am ish. Tried the fault finding thing says the issue is off our property. Tried to call for engineer but got disconnected.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the online checker has found an external fault then usually it should jet you book the engineer as well so was this not an option ?

Nah, it came up with an error message and an option go call. Which I tried only to get a few rings then disconnected
