No internet

We have no internet all week x We are order a new broadband x still waiting x Do we have to pay full amount for internet ?

You say you ordered broadband so when is your activation date or has this already happened ?

Ii’ve had a broadband, and my internet stopped working, we had an engineer come and look at it, and he said we need a new broadband, and we need to contact sky to get one sent to us”

Do you mean a new broadband hub, if so then you will need to call Sky and inform them what you were told.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
