No internet

Problem with my Internet I have 2 green light 1 out and 1 orange light. I've pressed button on side of box to reset it there's no change to lights. So I pulled out power plug for 2 minutes put it back in and still nothing ...... help please

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Thank you for replying it seems to have sorted itself out. Internet has been off and on all night so thinking it an Openreach issue. Take care and thank you again
