Hi our internet is not working says we have full bars but does not work

we have reset the sky voice box and still no internet

we have reset the open reach optical fiber box and that has a red light with (los) light up

Having the same issues. No internet for the last 30 mins apprx

My neighbor is on sky also and there internet is working

Ooh okay I'm not the only one that's experiencing this tonight.

Back working now. Switched everything off and back on again.
