No internet

None of my devices can connect to WiFi, the hub shows orange light but the app says everything is green

This is usually a failure of the TCP/IP connectivity layer, and can usually be fixed by rebooting the router or leaving the router off for about an hour and then plugging it back into the mains. It is a universal issue that Sky is investigating and hopefully will have a full fix in the near future.
