No internet

Hi my internet is not working at all both my router and ONT are switched on however none of devices are finding my wifi signal. I have tried switching the router off and back on and have checked with sky app which is saying no connection issues in my local area. Can you help please?

@Ryan112  If you have thw white max router can you please try a factory reset to see if this brings back the ability to see the Wi-Fi SSID.

How do i do a factory reset?

@Ryan112  If you have the white max router you need to press the WPS button for 30 seconds until the light changes colour.
