No internet

New customers. Woke up this morning with no internet can't find our hubs name in our phones to connect to it. Tried resetting, still nothing. Our hub is only 10 days old. Any help appreciated rather than the long wait to speak to someone from Sky. Thanks

@Petermcc seems a common issue with the white hubs which can be sorted by resetting the hub by pressing and holding in the wps button on the right hand edge fir up to 30 seconds until the led flashes and tgen releasing tge button.
