No internet

All the lights are green; however, there is no internet connection since 19:00 today. I work from home and it's very urgent

What router and type of internet connection do you have

Me too! No internet even though lights are green. 

Router is new and has been working fine, it won't let me state the model. I've had it about a month to replace an old router that stopped working.
