@Charlotteham199 run the connection test in the My Sky app. However note thst the test initially reports the result of the last routine check which msybe run before your fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesn't either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report the fault
