No internet

I have no internet, The wifi light is green on my router but the internet one is flashing orange. I have reset my router / sky stream. I've tried contacting sky but it says there isnt anyone to talk too and also the broadband checker services are down. What can I do?

The internet light flashing amber indicates a line fault

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
