No internet

My box has green lights for power and internet but the wifi is not on. Cannot connect to anything as wifi won't connect on phones, tvs, etc so unable to access anything. It keeps happening every night! In the Ls17 area

Which wireless router do you have, if it is Sky Max the signal may return by the morning or you could try rebooting the wireless router.

If that doesn't fix it then you'll need to contact Sky for an explanation of why it is failing.

Unfortunately, the usual reason if the outrage lasts all night is that you have Sky Max which uses a radar-impacting wireless channel that takes preference and priority over home wireless on the 5GHz band.

If the wireless light remains unlit in the morning then you'll need a new wireless router.

Same here. No Internet.😔

It was running at a very low speed and around 11:30pm went down.

It isn't the same issue as the OP, they have a wireless issue.

If your internet light is out completely then that's a complete failure which may be due to a local issue or a wider issue...

@mae-3

Thanks. I have just checked broadband status on sky app and it is indicating an issue in the area where I live.
