No internet

Had full fibre installed this morning, all working fine when the engineer left. Now have 3 green lights on router showing poer internet and wifi, no voice light but unable to connect any device to the internet..... mobile, tablet and sky Q. Help!!!

My internet has also just dropped out at roughly the same time !!!!

 

On the Router the internet light is orange and can't get anything working ?
