No internet

Sky account activated on 03/05/2024, router comes on with a red light from 03/05/2024 until present day. Wifi works but no internet connection so completely pointless paying £30/month! Help sections are useless as they just send you around in circles and nobody answers the phones!

Having same issues. Had Sky's all singing dancing full fibre broadband installed yesterday (taking a days holiday from work) only to find it worked for 30mins then NO INTERNET! All lights on router, called sky and got through on tenth time to be told "you have no Internet" one hour later on the phone...told someone from open reach will be in touch...still waiting. Meantime I'm paying for something I'm not getting and I'm using my mobile data! FUMING!
