I have tried all these steps to start the hub but there is still not internet.
there are only power lights and wifi lights running. No internet light is showing.

Probably need a bit more info here. What service have you signed up for, is it FTTP, FTTC etc what speed tier? Were you given an activation date by sky for your service?
