No internet

There has been no internet all day reset etc still doesn't work

@Amanda861 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Same here.

I'm in Plymouth, and there is no WiFi. Ran the test, and it said everything was good, but none of my devices can get online (apart from my mobile obviously)
