No internet

Power and Wi-Fi Green, internet is either off, flashing red or steady read, and voice is steady red.  Tried the good old disconnect and reconnect, still not working.   No faults according to sky checker, few reports reported on a local page.  Help!!!

@Lauren241  Was this what you used to check your broadband in the link below

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have tried that previously and it was saying all ok. I've just tried it again, it says there is a problem, but when I want to fix it, it says all ok......? Help!!!
