No internet

I have got no connection to the internet. All my lights are on on my hub. When trying to get on anything. It is telling me I am off line. I am having to use my mobile data at the moment. When I check my connection through my sky app. It tell me everything is fine.

Similar position. Lights on our device is orange but running tests saying everything is fine but can't /wont connect to internet

@Annpattison @Hb5 have you tried rebooting your router ie switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds then back on again
