No internet

The light for internet on my black box is red and I can not access the internet or use my apps on tv. I have run the network status and I am not connected to the internet. I have turned off everything and back on, I have followed instructions and disconnected at the wall and put back in after 5 seconds making sure it clicks. No joy, still not working.

@Bee8  Have you ran the test in the link below?

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Run the tests and it says there is a problem with the connection to the hub, when I press the fix this option a message appears saying we are having some problems and tests are unavailable- wonder if this is a wider issue in the area at the moment?

The WiFi light on my box is green and the internet light is orange. The internet light switched to green in the last 5 minutes, and looked to be working then unfortunately returned to orange.

I think I do need someone to look into it further.

I have had no internet since midnight, solid orange light above the word internet. I have run all checks and says there is a Wi-Fi issue then when u run Wi-Fi checks says all is fine, it's still not on now so no tv either, Sky say no area issues but I'm not the only one in my street with this problem other ppl have too.

We also have no internet. Tests say it's fine - it isn't! 
when I try to connect to it it says there's a problem
