Hi there can you check what's wrong with my internet as it's not working...I've checked it and it's coming up all Green but doesn't work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Zorita We as customers ourselves are unable to check your broadband for you. If you have run the test in the link below and it is showing all green when done you need to call Sky to report this fault.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
